Tell us about your experience with us

Do you feel that you have had an amazing experience with us? Then you're more than welcome to tell us - so we know we're on the right track.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the service or treatment you have received from us, please feel free to write to us. At Dan Exchange, your experience as the customer is the most important and therefore your feedback is important. If you as a customer have had a bad experience we will do all we can to fix it.

At Dan Exchange, we are constantly trying to improve us and you can help us improve.

How is my complaint processed?

If you send a complaint to us through our contact form on this page, it will be received by our complaint manager, Manal Karanbach, who will then investigate the matter further and contact the branch that it would concern, to get an insight into the situation.

Your complaint will then be processed by our complaint manager in collaboration with the person in charge, trying to find a solution to the problem.

You will, of course, be informed as soon as we have an adequate answer to you - however, it can take up to 5 business days.
