Do I get a discount by becoming a customer?
If you are a returning customer, and you want to exchange your foreign currency back to local currency, you can do that free of charge, by showing us the receipt of your purchase.
Why are your currency rates higher or more expensive than displayed on the website?
Our exchange rates on the website are indicative as there may be price fluctuations at some of our branches. This is to remain competitive in the individual local areas.

How old do I have to be in order to exchange money?
You must be at least 16 years old to exchange money in any of our branches.
If I need Swedish kroner, is it best to exchange in your branches in Denmark or Sweden?
We usually have some good currency rates for Swedish kroner in our branches in Denmark, because we have a strong cooperation with our branches in Sweden, but it is difficult to say what is best, as the price difference is minimal and may vary.
Identification and Personal Information
Why am I asked to show ID?
The Money Laundering law requires that you as a customer must identify yourself for transactions from 500 € / 3,700KR or equivalent. From there, we have chosen that all customers must legitimize themselves for transactions from 1 KR. You are therefore asked to present ID because the law requires that we know our customers and because it is our duty to help the cheap to fight criminals by ensuring that our stores are not used for illegal activities.
What do you do with my information?
We solely collect your personal information and documents due to our legal obligations. Therefore, we only use and process your information and documents for non-commercial purposes.
Which types of identification are valid?
We accept the following types of identification in our branches: Nordic Driving License, Passport, Residence Permit, and European Identity Card.
Can I make a transaction if I do not want to show ID?
If you are asked to show ID and refuse this, you will not be able to make a transaction in any of our branches.
